DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel West Palm Beach Airport

Had to rent a room very late at night on a weekend. Two other hotels were sold out before I checked here. Had the great pleasure of being greeted by the Front Office Manager C.H. He found me a room, offered me a cookie so late at night without much trouble at all. It was a joy to run into someone who knows how everything works on a 3rd shift. The room was also clean and everything worked. Really loved the BLACKOUT curtains.

Fantastic staff - Kema, Empress, Ken, Joseph, Carlos, Tony, Daniel. In fact all the staff I encountered were pleasant amd very helpful. My room would need a little TLC but overall the staff and location make this hotel a great choice.

Very nice inside, rooms are dated as evidenced by the heating cooling noise and inability to pick a comfortable temp…just have to turn up and then down. Bathrooms are also cramped and still old. Over all staff, amenities and location good value for money. Love that they have restaurant and bar on site

Quick 24 hrs. Visiting family, rooms were clean. Joseph was very nice checking me in the front desk. You get a warm cookie and check out isn’t till 12 o’clock so that’s great.

We are visitors from New York and arrived at the DoubleTree by Hilton in West Palm Beach, where we were immediately welcomed with open arms by Tynisha and Empress. From the moment we checked in, their kindness and professionalism stood out. Without us even asking, they offered an upgrade to our room. Even though our company had booked the reservation and didn’t specify that it was for business, Tynisha went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, even offering us breakfast during our stay. She and Empress were both incredibly warm, always greeting us with smiles and making us feel like family. After a long trip from New York, with all the usual travel challenges, it was refreshing to be treated with such genuine care. My team and I are extremely happy with our room, the service, and the hospitality we received. We’re very thankful and grateful for the amazing experience. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning for future business trips. Thank you again to Tynisha, Empress, and the entire DoubleTree staff for making our stay wonderful!

The rooms are clean. They are just fine. 4 stars is really good. It's just not 5 stars. I would need to be WOWed for 5. Staff was very kind. Location was great for me.

While the property is pleasant, the interiors are feeling a bit dated and could benefit from a refresh. Additionally, I was disappointed to find a daily fee for self-parking, especially given the ample space available. It felt like an unnecessary extra charge rather than a value-added service .

The hotel is a good place to stay when visiting West Palm. Conveniently located near the airport, the hotel offers shuttle service with prior notification. The hotel staff were friendly and the breakfast crew, led by Greg, were very welcoming and attentive. The buffet was a delicious way to start the day. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable, my only complaint would be the ac unit is a bit on the noisy side. We took advantage of the free shuttle service to downtown thanks to our driver Wendell. There is also a pool and exercise room which looked fine, but we didn’t really have time to use either. The onsite bar, with Ken bartending, was a good place to end the day. A final note, be sure to take advantage of the free hot cookies.
